Enter the Number of Hours Per Day

If the employee enters the total number of hours per day, no clock in/out.

  1. Enter the number of hours for each type of pay applicable for that day. These might be Regular, Overtime, Comp Earned, time off, etc...

    1. Available Pay Codes will differ per employee. Consult your administrator if you are missing a pay code.

  2. At the bottom of the timeCard, there is also an option to enter in any comments that need to be communicated to the supervisor or payroll.

  3. Click ‘Save Timesheet’

A timesheet template can be created with this time entry option.

There is not a warning if you leave the screen without saving. If you navigate away without saving all data will be lost.
