Setting up employee warnings for more or less hours than regularly scheduled
Employees can receive a pop up notification when approving their timesheets, if the employee has worked more or less than the employee is scheduled to work. This message can display both default or custom information.
To enable and setup this message:
In Administration, select ‘System Settings’ tab.
Enable the setting for ‘Regularly Scheduled Hours Warning’. By default the message will tell the employee that they have worked more or less than regularly scheduled.
In the ‘Scheduled Hours Warning’ tab, custom messages can also be added, by org unit.
