Awarding a contract selects the winning bidder for a the contract. The contractor bid prices that were entered in the Bidding>>Bid Entry ‘Bidding’ then ‘Bid Entry’ section will now be used for the project and will display in the funding and item inspection areas.

Go to the ‘Contract & Project Details' section of the application. Click Then click on 'Edit’ under the Contract, then select the winning contractor under the 'Contractor’ field.
In On the same page, select the ‘Award Basis’. The award basis allows you to select Award Basis field determines whether the project will be awarded on base bid items and/or any alternates (, where applicable).
Click on ‘Save’.
