The change in construction status, or suspension of work, will allow users to record when and why construction work is suspended and resumed, or started and ended.

This is part of a package. You must first make sure that you have the package “oneoffice/mn-change-in-status” package that can be installed in administration.

Change Construction Status to Start Work:

  1. In the Contract menu, click on ‘Change in Status’.

  2. Click on ‘Add’.

  3. Enter information for the start or end date. If the entry is only specific to a particular project, select the project number.

  4. Click on ‘Save’.

Change Construction Status to Suspend Work:

  1. In the Contract menu, click on ‘Change in Status’.

  2. Select ‘Edit’ next to the current status record.

  3. Find the field ‘Date Suspended’ and enter the suspension date. At this time you can also fill out other appropriate fieldsother applicable fields can be filled out.

Weekly Diary report numbers for a contract will not be calculated in weeks between 'Date Suspended' and 'Date Resumed', so it's important to resume work in the same record.

Change Construction Status to End Work:
