Users can optionally request a material test be scheduled at a specific date/time. When this request is initiated, it will be automatically sent, via email, to one or more specified users. To set up who receives these requests:

  1. In Administration, select SettingsWhile in ‘Administration’ select ‘Settings’.

  2. Under the ‘OneOffice Settings’ section, select ‘Edit’ next to the option for ‘Send Item Request To'.

  3. Enter the email address(es) to receive the request.
