If your the OneOffice site is setup set up on AWS, it is using RTVision’s AWS email setup and all email logs for your agency are available from Administration.
Go to Administration, then click on ‘Records’
Select ‘Core’ as the Zone, and ‘Mail Log’ as the TableWhile in ‘Administration’ select ‘Records’.
Set the ‘Zone’ to ‘Core and the ‘Table’ to 'Mail Log’.
Use the headers to sort the order , or use the filter tool at on the right side of the table to query by specific information.
