Go to the ‘Contract & Project Details’ page, then click on ‘Details’ next to the project.
At the top, click on the button to ‘Change Line Numbers'.
Click on ‘Deduplicate Line Numbers'. The item line numbers will be changed in order of bid type (ie base/alt), category, and item number.
