Filters and sorts may not clear completely when making search changes on the dashboard for a particular application group causing the dashboard to error and not load in.
To clear the filters/sorts on your individual dashboard:
This will reset your search filters and bring the dashboard back to a usable state.
It will look similar to this: https://[onegovwebaddress]/dashboard.php?permit=1&reset
The 1 can be any number, it is the number of the particular dashboard you are viewing, it will be defaulted in the web address when you click on the link to the dashboard.
