ConneX use with OneGov

  • Single Sign-On across all OneOffice and OneGov sites.  An agency who may need to sign into OneOffice (Construction Project Management) for approving documents or accessing plans to download, can also sign into OneGov with the same account.   Users can still sign up with an individual OneGov site and do not need to use ConneX.  If they choose to use ConneX, they will want to make sure that their ConneX email matches the email address for the account in OneGov so they can continue to see all historical permits

  • User accounts to share permit access within the same organization.  ConneX allows for multiple users to be added under a single organization.  This will allow agencies where multiple users may be filling out permits to be able to see each other's permits.  This allows for each organization to add and manage tied users from ConneX.

  • Asset Management Section.  A new 'Asset Management' section in ConneX will allow an organization to add repetitive information like vehicles, axles, routes, and more into ConneX and then use this information when filling out specific permit types, at any RTVision OneGov site (where an agency has enabled this connection).  This will greatly reduce the amount of time that it may take an applicant to fill out a permit.
