Revising Approval Workflow

Once the approval process starts, you can still revise the workflow process for future electronic signatures but cannot remove approval requests from those who have already signed the document without stopping the existing workflow and selecting new approval workflow setup.

 

To revise the approval workflow process after requests have been initiated:

  1. In the Contract Menu, click on ‘Documents’.

  2. Click on the ‘Setup’ section at the lower section of the document.

  3. Make any changes to those individuals selected to approve the document, for unapproved steps only.

  4. An email will be sent to any removed approver, noting the approval request was withdrawn. When new approvers are required to approve, email notices will be sent out to those users as well.
