View Historical Documents from OneOffice Legacy

For agencies who used the legacy version of OneOffice, all historical documents are available as attachments after the upgrade. To access these historical documents:

  1. Click on 'Details' next to the contract.

  2. There will then be a list of Project(s), click on 'Details' next to the project, which will show the project menu.

  3. Click on Attachments.  There will then be a list of all historical documents from the legacy version of OneOffice.

Please note, to view previously created documents from the current version of OneOffice, please go to the Contract Menu and click on ‘Documents'.
