Supported browsers:

  • Edge v15 or newer (version 17 or newer for offline capabilities)

  • Safari v11 or newer (version 11.1 or newer for offline capabilities)

  • Chrome v55 or newer

  • Firefox v53 or newer

 

Support browsers on mobile devices:

  • Android Devices: Chrome v71 or newer

  • Apple Devices: Safari with iOS v11 or newer (version 11.4 or newer for offline capabilities)

  • Microsoft Devices: Edge v17 or newer

 

Supported OS:

OS versions with 'mainstream' support

  • iOS v11 or newer for site use (version 11.4 or newer for offline capabilities)

  • Windows 10 or newer (Older versions of Windows will work if using other ‘third-party’ browsers like Firefox or Chrome, if browser versions are within a supported version) 

 

Support exclusions for 'offline' inspection access:

  • Chrome use on iOS device is not supported for offline inspection access. It is recommended to use a current version of Safari if using an iOS device offline

  • Offline inspection access will not work if connected to a VPN or running a VM
