Timesheet Attachments

Attachments can be added to the timesheets, these can include: receipts, doctor's note, or any other document.

Add an attachment:

While on the ‘timesheet’ or the ‘Request for Time’ sheet:

  1. Click the square disk icon for the applicable date

    1. This is located under the date on the timesheet for each day of the pay period.

  2. Click on ‘Choose File’.

  3.  Browse to the file location on the computer.

  4. Click ‘Open’.

    1. Notice that the selected file is now listed.

  5. Click ‘Attach File’.

    1. A success message will be displayed when the file has been uploaded.

  6. Click 'Back to Timesheet.

View Attachments:

While on the ‘timesheet’ or the ‘Request for Time’ sheet:

  1. Click the square disk icon for the applicable date.

  2. Click the link for the attached file to open it.

Delete Attachments:

While on the ‘timesheet’ or the ‘Request for Time’ sheet:

  1. Click the square disk icon for the applicable date.

  2. Click the red 'Delete' link to remove the attachment.

  3. Verify deleting the doucment by clicking ‘Yes’.

    1. A success message will be displayed when the file has been uploaded.

  4. Click Back to Timesheet.
