Adding Project Status Updates
Incorporating project status updates is essential for keeping employees and the public informed and ensuring the smooth progress of the project within OneOffice. This information is displayed in the Monthly Status Report.
On the CIP Main Menu, click on ‘Projects’.
Click on ‘Details’ next to a specific project.
From the Project Menu, click on ‘Status’
Click on the green ‘Add’ button near the top right.
Add in your scope information as well as the scope status.
Add in your schedule and schedule status.
If there are any changes in the budget, you can update that information inside of the budget change section as well as the budget status dropdown.
Enter in more information on the changes under the overall summary textbox and update the overall status change.
Once finished, click the green ‘Save’ button to update.
