Request for Time Reports

Request for Time has two options to view time, the ‘Time Off Report' and the 'Time Off Calendar’.

Time Off Report:

This report will display, per pay period, the employee's earnings, usage, and balances. The employee can also select a specific year, To/From Dates, and different pay periods.

  1. From the ‘Time’ tab select ‘Time Off Report’.

Time Off Calendar:

The ‘Time Off Calendar’ will show all time off for the employee's Org. Unit, including their associates' timesheets. The Calendar can be viewed by day, week month, quarter, and year.

  1. From the ‘Time’ tab select the ‘Time Off Calendar’.

The employee can view the calendar for any Org. Units they are part of, or if they have supervisor rights. To change the Org. Unit:

  1. Select the applicable Org. Unit from the ‘Org. Unit’ drop-down menu.

All time off that is on a timesheet for the Org. Unit that is currently being viewed will display a summary of the employee taking time off also including the number of hours being taken. This report can be used for requesting/approving ‘Time Off Requests’ if the agency has a policy on the number of employees who can take off on the same day.

The ‘Time Off Report’ and the ‘Time Off Calendar’ are system settings that need to be enabled in administration.
