Disable a User Account

Disable a user account if the user no longer needs access, this ensures that only active users have access to the application.

Disable a User Account:

  1. While in ‘Administration’ select the ‘Records' tab.

  2. Set the ‘Zone’ to ‘Core’ and the ‘Table’ to ‘User’.

  3. Select ‘Edit’ next to the user account.

  4. The user information will now show. Click on ‘Disable User’ at the bottom right of the screen to invalidate or disable user account access.

 

If an employee account is being disabled due to them no longer working for the agency, continue by removing the license from the user account.
