Post a Contract to eAdvert

eAdvert (Now shown on ConneX) provides the ability to post the contract for greater visibility. To post the contract:

  1. From the Contract Menu, click on ‘Bidding’ then ‘Abbreviated Ad’.

  2. Fill out the information.

    1. Required data is noted with an asterisk.

  3. The website link for the OneOffice public dashboard will default into the ‘Full ad website’ field. This is the link to where the plans and full ad for bid will be posted. This can be changed if the plans and full ad for bid are not posted on OneOffice.

  4. Enter the ‘Abbreviated Ad’ information. This is a limited ad for the contract.

  5. Click on ‘Save’ to save details, or ‘Save & Sync’ to sync the saved details to eAdvert.

 All contracts synced with eAdvert will be reviewed prior to being visible on the site.

Please remember that all contracts that contain federal projects will require the federal ad for bid be posted to site that contains the full ad and plans in order for the eAdvert post to be approved

 

‘Required Posting’: Date in which the abbreviated ad must be posted

‘Expected Bid’: Date and time that the bidding is closed to the public and bid results are opened/read

‘Expected Award’: Date in which the contract will be awarded

‘Start’: Date that the contract will be initiated

‘Construction Start’: Date in which construction work, specifically, will commence (often the same date noted as the ‘Start’ date)

‘Construction End’: Date in which construction work, specifically, will conclude
