Equipment & Labor Report

The Equipment and Labor report can be run to filter out billable/customer costs related to employee labor, equipment usage, inventory, part, and material usage. This can also be used to help create storm reports.

  1. This can be found under the ‘Reports’ menu ‘Equipment & Labor’ report selection option.

  2. Select the start/first date for the report.

  3. Select the stop/last date for the report.

  4. Select Employees that should be pulled into the report.

    1. All, a Single Employee, hold ‘Ctrl’ to select multiple Employees.

  5. Select the Equipment that should be pulled into the report.

    1. All, none, a single piece of Equipment, hold ‘Ctrl’ to select multiple pieces of Equipment.

  6. Select the Roads that should be pulled in.

    1. All, none, a single Road, hold ‘Ctrl’ to select multiple Roads.

  7. Select Road Segments that should be pulled in.

    1. All, none, a single Road Segment, hold ‘Crtl’ to select multiple Road Segments.

  8. Select Activities that should be pulled in.

    1. All, none, a single Activity, hold ‘Ctrl’ to select multiple Activities.

  9. Select Overhead Activities that should be pulled in.

    1. All, none, a single Overhead Activity, hold ‘Ctrl’ to select multiple Activities.

  10. Select the Materials that should be pulled in.

    1. All, none, a single Material, hold ‘Ctrl’ to select multiple Materials.

  11. Select the Inventory that should be pulled in.

    1. All, none, a single type of inventory, hold ‘Ctrl’ to select multiple Inventory types.

  12. Select the Projects that should be pulled in.

    1. All, none, a single project, hold ‘Ctrl’ to select multiple projects.

  13. Select the Department that should be pulled in.

    1. All, none, a single Department, hold ‘Ctrl’ to select multiple Departments.

  14. Check the box to show ‘Timecard Notes’ in the report.

  15. Click ‘Generate Report’.

Chosen selections will display at the top of the report, the entries that match those selections would fill the report with labor, material, and equipment costs at the billable/customer rates.
