Adding or Modifying Season(s)
This guide will step you through the process of adding a new season to a duration. Yearly seasons need to be manually set up but you can set them up for the next several years in the future if the dates for the start and end are reliably consistent.
Click “Administration”
Click “App Groups”
Click “Manage” next to the App. Group for the application you want to set up a season for
Click the "Durations" tab
If Adding a brand new setup, click “Add Duration”
Typically, the name of the duration would be generic, for example “Utility Permits by Season” or “Annual Moves”
If Modifying setup, click “Modify” next to the Duration
If Adding a new Season (or modifying a season) click "Seasons" next to the duration you want to add a season to
Click "Add Season" (or Modify next to the Season)
Fill out the fields as needed
Season Name
Start Date
Permits for this season are Active starting on this date
End Date
Permits for this season are Expired after this date.
If blank, the day before the Start Date in the following year will be used for this date.
Application Start Date
Starting on this date, applicants may apply for this season.
If blank, the Start Date will be used for this date.
Application End Date
After this date, applicants may no longer apply for this season
If blank, the End Date will be used for this date.
Due Date
If Late Fees are set up, Late Fees may apply if applications are not received by this date.
If blank, Late Fees will never apply.
Renewal Notice Date
All applicants for this season that have not already renewed their permits for the next season will be sent an email on this date.
Expiration Notice Date
All applicants for this season that have not already renewed their permits for the next season will be sent an email on this date.
Click "Add this Season"
