Removing OneOffice Legacy Setup
To take down the legacy site, open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager from the OneOffice web server => expand the left-side server and sites folder to locate the RtAEC site => right-click on the RtAEC site and select Remove and confirm Yes for the prompt asking "Are you sure that you want to remove the selected application?"
Uninstall the RtVision server controls & updater applications
Create a backup of, then delete the RtAEC database on the SQL Server
*If you only hosted OneOffice on the Windows IIS server, you may wish to decommission that server.
The new version of OneOffice uses PostgreSQL. Microsoft SQL server, IIS, and the template share are no longer required for the new version of OneOffice.
