Posting Plans Online

Plans can be posted to the public dashboard for contractors to download and be automatically added to the plan holder list. An Ad for Bid must be added before posting plans. There are multiple options for plan download that can be set up.

  1. From the Contract Menu, select ‘Bidding’ then ‘Plans’

  2. Attach the Plans in the various sections available. Plans are automatically saved as they are uploaded and marked as ‘completed’.

Make sure the contract is set up to show on the Public Dashboard. Go to the ‘Contract & Project Details’ section on the Contract Menu, edit the Contract to make sure the checkbox for ‘Show on Public Dashboard’ is checked.
