Add Maintenance Project Sub Groups

Maintenance Project subgroups are a way to limit the list of maintenance projects shown at any given time. To setup maintenance project subgroups:

  1. In ‘Administration’, select the ‘Maintenance Projects Sub Groups’ tab.

  2. Select the ‘Add Maintenance Projects Sub Group’ button.

  3. Enter the ‘Project Sub-Group’ name.

    1. This will be the category that the employee will select to see a limited number of maintenance group options.

  4. Select all applicable ‘Maintenance Projects’ for the sub-group.

  5. Click on ‘Add this Maintenance Projects Sub Groups’.

The sub-group can also be selected for a maintenance project while modifying the maintenance project under the ‘Maintenance Project’ tab.

The maintenance project sub group does not show when reviewing or approving data, it is only used to help limit lists for employees when selecting maintenance projects.
