Read-Only/ Auditor User Account

Read-only users and auditors can be set up with access to view all data, without the ability to enter, edit, or approve any timecard data. To set up a read-only account:

  1. While in ‘Administration’ select the ‘User Accounts’ tab.

  2. Select ‘Modify’ if the user already exists or select ‘Add User’ to create a new account.

  3. While under the ‘5. Timecard Reviewals’ tab select the individual(s) that this user should have access to view. The ‘Toggle All’ check box can be used to quickly select or de-select all users.

  4. Click ‘Save and Exit’ to save the changes.
